Welcome!

At Krylo Dance Studios, we want to help create confident, kind, capable people—and use dance as the pathway to get them there.

Our History

A Legacy in Woonsocket

Since 1949, Krylo Dance Studios has been a part of the fabric of Woonsocket, Rhode Island. Founded by Charles and Barbara Krylo after years of performing as Vaudeville dancers and traveling with the USO, the studio began with a love of dance, performance, and community that continues today. For more than seven decades, generations of Woonsocket families have walked through our doors to learn their first steps, build lifelong friendships, perform on stage, and create memories that stay with them long after their dancing days are over. It is not uncommon for a student who once danced at Krylo to return years later with children or grandchildren of their own. That generational connection is one of the things that makes Krylo so special. As we honor the legacy that began in 1949, we are proud to continue growing, evolving, and welcoming new generations of dancers while remaining a cherished part of the Woonsocket community.
