Krylo Accomplishments
Many of our students both past and present have accomplished much in the dance field. They have offered their talents in a variety of areas including:
- Owning and operating their own successful dance studios both locally and as distant as California
- Choreographing many musicals and shows for colleges, schools, and camps
- Teaching dance therapy to the handicapped
- Competing for the "Miss America" title in Atlantic City
- Teaching aerobics and karate
- Being members of Boston Ballet Co., American Festival Ballet Co., Festival Ballet Co., State Ballet of Rhode Island, Florence Ballet Co. (SC), Salve Regina Dance Co., and University of Rhode Island Dance Co.
- Dancing with the companies such as Island Moving Co., Deane School of Dance, and Connecticut Ballet Company
- Appearing in commercials and on TV shows including the Jackie Gleason Show
- Being crowned "Miss Woonsocket" and "Miss Rhode Island"
- Performing in Las Vegas at Bourange Casino & Hotel
- Dancing, singing, and acting at Busch Gardens in Virginia
- Touring with Up With People and the Broadway musical "George M"
- Performing as a "main character" at Disney World in Florida
- Performing on Broadway and in night clubs, cruise ships, and in Summer Stock throughout New England
- Dancing and touring with Barnum & Bailey Circus
- Performing for many local organizations, churches, hospitals, and nursing homes
- Dancing at the Autumnfest Show every year since its inception and at the Kidfest Stage
- Being members of Dance Teachers' Club Of Boston for over 30 years
- Graduating from Dance Teachers' Club Of Boston "Teacher Education Course"
- Being members of Dance Masters of America
- Being members of National Association of Dance and Affiliated Artists
- Graduating from Boston Conservatory of Music (BFA Degree)
- Performing, dancing, and touring as cheerleaders for the New England Patriots
